Winter has arrived in northern Vermont — the days are short, the nights are long, and nature has fully retreated into stillness. If you are beginning to wonder how to stay steady, energized, and nourished through the colder months, you are in the right place.
Just as the outer climate shifts, the inner climate in our bodies shifts as well. Yes, the body seeks rest — but winter is also a prime season to build strength. With the right approach, this is a powerful time to challenge the body in supportive ways and strengthen the mind through mindful breathing and meditation.
This 10-week winter yoga series is designed to meet you exactly where you are and guide you toward greater vitality. We will begin slowly, cultivating somatic awareness to ensure safe, steady progress. Week by week we will build inner and outer strength, supporting stamina, balance, and equipoise — the art of standing firmly at the center of ourselves.

Each class will include:
Slow, intentional asana to warm the body and build strength from the inside out
Breathwork and meditation to expand mental clarity and emotional steadiness
Practices that improve balance, circulation, and joint mobility
Restorative poses to support deep rest and nervous system regulation
Seasonally inspired wisdom for staying grounded and well through the winter
Whether you are new to yoga or a longtime practitioner, you’ll be welcomed into a space that honors the rhythms of the season and the intelligence of the body.
Schedule: Fridays beginning December 5 (10 weeks)
