





Fall yoga session: Reconnecting to our wisdom body
The end of summer is bringing a much needed time to ground ourselves and to anticipate a phase of creativity and new learning, new teachings, to rely on our own deeper knowing instead of being pulled away from it. Yogic practices are a reliable way to find our way back to our wisdom body.
I'm excited to begin again with this ten week online yoga class starting September 12th at 9 AM via Zoom.
Our Friday sessions will focus on gentle, grounding practices that help us release the week's accumulated tension while cultivating stability, strength and presence. Drawing from the wisdom of alignment-based Iyengar methodology, these classes will be accessible to all levels and offer personalized guidance through interactive feedback.
As we transition into autumn - nature's season of harvest and reflection - this practice will support us in:
Finding stability during seasonal change
Releasing what no longer serves us
Cultivating inner calm and clarity
Preparing our bodies and minds for rest and renewal
